The QAICPL Certification Mark may be used only by parties to which a Certificate of Registration to a Management System Standard has been awarded by QAI Certification Pte Ltd.

The QAICPL Certification Mark may only be used for the duration of validity indicated on the Certificate unless the certification is renewed by continuation. The QAICPL Certification Mark shall not be used in a manner which suggests that a particular product or an activity or service outside the scope of certification, which has not been certified by QAICPL’s certification. The QAICPL Certification Mark shall not be used in a manner that will bring discredit to QAICPL

The Certified Company shall be required to review the use of the certification mark when the scope of certification is reduced or changed. The certified company shall immediately cease use of the Certification Mark and cease distribution of materials bearing the Certification Mark on the following cases:

1) Upon being suspended or withdrawn by QAICPL;

2) Upon voluntarily relinquishing its certified status;

3) Upon being given reasonably adequate notice by QAICPL that there has been a change in the current Certification Mark. The certified company shall switch to the new Certification Mark within the time period mutually agreed upon with QAICPL.

The QAICPL Certification Mark may be used in promotional material such as letter heads, name cards, banners, etc subject to the approval of QAICPL and provided that the scope of certification is clearly indicated alongside the Certification Mark.

The QAICPL Certification Mark may strictly not be used on calibration reports or test reports issued by the certified company in a manner that suggests that any product or equipment has been certified by QAICPL.
